Discussion on how to choose airline travel, in addition to evaluating the best pricing when booking is discussed. Other topics include: Concur profile management, getting the most out of Customer Support 24/7, name changes and rescheduled flights, access to CTP negotiated air, car and hotel discount programs, and more.
